My ideal is sleeping everyday around 5 or 7 hours.
I try eating in moderation and organic, chicken, sea salt, semolina pasta, olive oil, eggs, tortillas, sardines, greens cooked, flan sometimes.
Love cooking my own fucking yummy cookies made of just flour, eggs, sugar and oil.
Vitamins can be annoying but Tom Cruise might be right about theml.
Now days I ask God to bless what I consume, while or during or after, but no too after.
Most always I go for half protein half carbs each meal.
I'm back to drinking more often spring bottled water.
For me no corn or anything with it, no yeast, preservatives, nuts, sugar substitutes, raw veggies/fruits, dairy, red meats, sodas, alcohol, microwaves, or raw fish,.
But sometimes eating a good fucking yummy chocolate bar, feels so fucking good but if soooooometimes only.
Wearing huts or contact lenses blocks oxygen from my hair and eyes, so not for me, maybe oxygen turns out to be a super "hidden key" for most everything?."
Since 2007 I haven't go back to the gym, but now days at home I started lifting little weights, and some yoga twice a week .
Enjoy a lot being in the sun everyday at least for 15 minutes to get vitamin D as they say u got to get it and get it fucking right, mmm!,
There is a lot of things I'm still learning and re learning, it seems to me that finding the real right source of information is not possible, but America is so wonderful in the way of so much freedom of information, so what to do?
I try listening to my body after eating something and remember what it says, but it is not so easy sometimes when other things gets on the fucking way.
Not everything that is good for you may be good for him or her.
Moderation is what I'm working at, finding balance seems to be now my way to go with age.
